Returns/Refunds


All items within our party boxes are not sold individually or separately and therefore, are non refundable on an individual basis. These items are sold as a package and this is made clear when you are purchasing a party box. Whilst we do not manufacture the items sold in our boxes, if one item in particular arrives broken, fails to inflate or is faulty, we will be more than happy to refund the amount of the individual item that is faulty. To do this, we ask for you to contact us via partyboxwithlove@gmail.com and attach photos, your name and order number with details as to why you are requesting a refund. We are also happy to offer a customer refund if the entire box and its contents are returned to us within all of its original packaging, unopened and untampered within 14 days of purchasing. We can not offer refunds for customers who enter incorrect shipping details at their own peril. This error must be corrected before your party box is shipped. To arrange any of the above refunds, we ask that you first contact us via partyboxwithlove@gmail.com including your name, address, order/reference number and the item details of what you wish to gain a refund on. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and will be sent via the original payment method used.




Shipping


Our shipping method of choice is Collect + "Store To Door" service Due to the weight of our box of party goodies, we offer two rates - Economy Delivery (typically 3-5 working days) for 4.99 Standard Delivery (typically 2-3 working days) for 5.99 With this service, we can provide you with a tracking number (please contact partyboxwithlove@gmail.com) for your parcel and it will be delivered directly to your door. We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kindgom. We also offer a local delivery or collection service within a 10 mile radius of Crowborough, East Sussex, if this is a better option for your logistics. Once you have placed your order and selected this shipping method, we will contact you when your box is ready, with a date and time that is suitable and provide you with our Party Box HQ address or offer our delivery service to you. We will need identification and order confirmation when you collect your box.




What Products Are Included In The Party Boxes?


All of our party boxes differ but will always contain the following baseline products - Cutlery Tablecloth Plates Desert Plates or Bowls Napkins Cups or Plastic Glasses Standard Balloons (non helium/air filled) We then build the rest of your box around your matched theme and guest number you have selected. We try to search for things such as air filled ballons, cake stands, added extras, bunting, room decor and much more!




How Long Does It Take To Create My Bespoke Party Box?


If you are buying a Pre Made Party Box, we will send this to you as soon as your order has been placed. If your order is placed before noon, this will be sent on the same working day. When you are ordering a bespoke party box, we get to work on sourcing this for you within 24 hours of your order. We do ask for a 10 working day turn around on this bespoke service. Once we have sourced all of your party items, we are ready to send your box!




What Is The Price Of A Bespoke Party Box?


Our prices are as follows Box for 8 guests - £50 Box for 16 guests - £60 *For anything above 16 guests, please send us an email for pricing. We also offer Room Decor Only boxes, which exclude all essential table wear and dining additions - £40 *Some pre made boxes may vary in price due to contents of box.

There Is A Fault With One Of The Items In My Party Box


Whilst we do not manufacture the items sold in our boxes, if one item in particular arrives broken, fails to inflate or is faulty, we will be more than happy to refund the amount of the individual item that is faulty. Submitting A Bespoke Form


When submiting a bespoke form, we ask that you first fill out your details and request via our "create your own party box" page. We then begin to build around your specific theme and source things that we feel would add to your party vibe. Once you have completed the form and you are happy to proceed, please go to shop all, select the attendee tier you submitted on the form for your bespoke party box order and add to your basket. Once you have completed your form, please proceed to checkout. If you would first like to make an enquiry in regards to your idea, this is welcomed too via our contact us page.
